As a founding member of our newly created Group AI Solutions team, you build our AI engineering capability from the ground up: tech stack, pipelines, platform and engineering standards, the foundation on which all future AI value across the group is built.

You design and ship production-grade AI solutions end-to-end : classical machine learning, statistics and optimization as well as LLM-based systems with RAG, agentic workflows and solid prompting. You know when simulation, ML or agentic orchestration is the right approach.
Close collaboration with the business, a strong focus on solving real business problems, and the delivery of systems that accelerate decision‑making and automation define the way you work. Your measure of success is AI that runs in production and creates value.
You set the engineering and AI standards the whole organisation adopts (CI/CD, version control, testing, code reviews) and steer external partners and consultancies as the final technical authority in the room. Your work and your ideas land directly in front of senior leadership.
