We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer specializing in Open Telemetry Observability to design and implement robust observability solutions across distributed and multi-agent systems.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Open Telemetry Observability solutions for distributed tracing and multi-agent systems.
- Develop, package and binarize Python applications to support core software engineering needs.
- Build and integrate GenAI technologies with agentic development frameworks.
- Conduct agentic evaluations to ensure performance and reliability of AI systems.
- Implement distributed processing workflows using frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver observable and maintainable AI solutions.
- Optimize multi-agent observability pipelines for scalability and accuracy.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in core software engineering with Python, including development, packaging and binarizing.
- Deep implementation experience in Open Telemetry Observability for distributed tracing and multi-agent observability.
- Expertise in GenAI technologies and agentic development frameworks.
- Background in agentic evaluations.
- Skills in distributed processing frameworks such as Ray and Kubernetes.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
