More precisely, you will Driving product strategy and roadmap definition using AI-assisted market analysis, trend synthesis, and competitive benchmarking Leveraging generative AI tools to automate user research synthesis, PRD drafting, stakeholder documentation, and release communication Using predictive analytics and machine learning insights to prioritize backlog and forecast impact Building internal AI workflows that streamline experimentation, A/B testing analysis, and feature validation Partnering with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams while reducing coordination overhead through automated reporting and real-time dashboards Identifying automation opportunities across the product organization to increase efficiency and reduce repetitive manual processes Ideal Profile Strong background in SaaS or tech product management Proven experience integrating AI tools (LLMs, analytics platforms, automation systems) into product workflows High leverage mindset: you think in systems, scale, and efficiency Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Data-driven, outcome-focused, and execution-oriented Entrepreneurial attitude with the ability to operate autonomously Fluent German is ideal, fluent English is a must This position reflects a broader shift we are seeing across the market: AI-native product leadership.
