We are seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer to partner closely with the CTO to design, develop, and implement applied AI solutions—including retrieval-augmented generation, LLM orchestration, and safe agentic workflows—and drive the AI-first transformation of our product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities Lead the design and development of applied AI systems, including RAG pipelines, LLM integrations, and APIs Ensure safe and reliable AI outputs by implementing guardrails, monitoring, and evaluation processes Rapidly prototype AI solutions and scale them to production with maintainable code Mentor engineers on AI best practices and safe adoption of AI technologies Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to define project timelines and scope for AI initiatives Make effective trade-offs between managing technical debt and delivering short-term value Run experiments and quickly prototype to assess new tools and prospective features Use AI to deliver high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code, setting standards and best practices for the engineering team You will report directly to the Chief Technology Officer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
