Your Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven software applications (including Vision Language Action Models (VLAs)) for robotic systems, ensuring high performance and reliability Collaborate with hardware engineers, system architects, and other software engineers to integrate AI applications with robotic hardware Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices and industry standards Test and validate AI applications in real-world environments, ensuring they meet performance and safety requirements Provide technical support and guidance to other team members and stakeholders Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and robotics, and integrate relevant innovations into the development process Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field At least 5 years experience working with real robotic hardware and AI applications in industrial environments Strong understanding of multimodal learning concepts(e.g. vision-language-action), including model architectures, training paradigms, and advantages/limitations Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, with hands‑on experience deploying AI models in industrial or real‑world use cases (e.g., reinforcement learning or world models).

The role requires industry experience and deep technical expertise to apply novel machine learning and AI techniques under real-world constraints. The focus is on delivering impactful, reliable AI systems that demonstrate measurable value in practical, industrial environments.
