About the job To strengthen our R&D organization, we are looking for an Automation & AI Specialist (m/f/d) who translates business requirements into scalable automation and AI supported solutions and actively contributes to improving the efficiency of our R&D processes.

What you will do Translate R&D business and user requirements into effective system, process, and automation solutions Design, implement, test, and continuously improve automated workflows, AI-augmented data flows and AI Agents Ensure stable data flows, high data quality, and reliable system operations Operate and further develop R&D collaboration and workflow tools (e.g.

SharePoint, monday.com, SwiftKanban), including hands on application support Actively support change adoption through structured onboarding, release communication and user enablement Work closely with Nexperia IT, internal stakeholders, and external partners What you will need University degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a comparable technical discipline Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a comparable position, depending on educational credentials Strong understanding of business process and R&D process automation Practical experience with scripting languages (e.g.
