Key Responsibilities Data Collection and Processing Design and implement data pipelines to collect customer data from diverse sources (e.g., website, application, social media, and CRM systems) into a cloud platform (e.g., AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, or Azure Data Lake). Clean, transform, and organize data to prepare it for analysis.
Data Analysis and Modeling Conduct statistical and data mining analyses to identify customer behavior patterns and predict future trends. Build and develop predictive models to forecast customer churn or the success of marketing campaigns.
