What You Can Expect You lead an international, cross‑functional Data Engineering & Data Architecture team within the diconium data unit in Berlin and drive forward complex, data‑driven business solutions. You advise our clients both strategically and technically in the planning, development, and further enhancement of modern data solutions.

With your passion for data and technology, you continuously analyze trends and developments to identify new opportunities and insights. What You Bring Along You have several years of experience in Data Engineering and/or Data Architecture – ideally in cloud environments.

You have worked in consulting‑intensive roles – either at a consulting firm or within stakeholder‑heavy corporate projects – and are familiar with the dynamics of large organizations. You have experience working with business units, IT, and management, and can communicate complex technical topics appropriately for different audiences.

You bring leadership experience – whether disciplinary or functional. You are solution‑oriented, think with an entrepreneurial mindset, and enjoy taking responsibility and driving initiatives forward. You have a first or bilingual proficiency in both German and English.
