Senior Data & AI Consultant / Consulting Lead Location: Munich or Frankfurt.

You will join the growing Data & AI Consulting Practice, supporting data scientists and engineers with a holistic consulting offering from technical to strategic, and drive the full lifecycle from business development to project implementation and client relationship building.

What You’ll Do Consult clients on becoming data‑driven, assessing data and machine learning maturity, and defining an impactful implementation roadmap. Interrogate clients to understand their data‑related challenges and associated technology and business questions.

Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and IT architects on the implementation of data‑based solutions and machine learning use cases. Consult on critical enablers such as data governance, model governance, MLOps or analytics centres of excellence.

Work with the head of the Data & AI Consulting practice to co‑develop growth strategy and new consulting offerings. Contribute to business development by preparing and participating in industry conferences, workshops and client sales meetings. Support the creation of white papers and industry thought leadership on data science and AI topics.

Requirements 5‑10 years of experience in a leading management consultancy at the intersection of business & technology or equivalent experience in a corporate environment. Proven background advising clients on data‑based topics such as advanced analytics, machine learning, data platforms and cloud.

Ability to quickly identify and prioritise business challenges and provide innovative solutions during client projects or business development activities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT/computer science, engineering, business, mathematics or natural sciences. Fluent in English and German. Work on cutting‑edge data & AI topics.
