About the Role Own CRM analytics and reporting across 45+ markets, delivering clear visibility into performance, customer behavior, and commercial impact. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards providing real‑time tracking of CRM performance, targets, and business trends.
Deliver actionable insights on campaign performance, drivers of customer behavior, value‑generating segments, and cross‑market differences. Develop scalable, automated reporting solutions alongside deep‑dive analyses and ad‑hoc business investigations.
Monitor and optimise key CRM KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention, reactivation, communication effectiveness) and customer lifecycle performance. Evaluate A/B tests and proactively identify trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities, presenting clear recommendations to senior stakeholders.
About You 5+ years of experience in data analytics or BI, ideally within CRM, marketing, or e‑commerce environments. Proven track record of building dashboards and automated reporting solutions for non‑technical stakeholders. Strong SQL expertise (CTEs, window functions, multi‑ta
