Your next step in the Business Insights team at The Quality Group! We are looking for a (Senior) Data Analyst (gn) to join our Business Insights team within the Digital Department and help shape how data is used across The Quality Group.

You build and evolve the data foundation that enables our teams to make better, faster, and more consistent decisions. You work closely with stakeholders, Analytics Consultants, and the DWH team, translating business requirements into robust and reusable data models.

As a small and highly collaborative team, we work on a shared foundation and flexibly support each other where needed.

Your Mission You build and evolve data models and marts (e.g. with dbt) to enable scalable analytics You translate business requirements into clean, reusable data structures You implement and maintain KPI logic in the data layer in close collaboration with Analytics Consulting You ensure data quality through testing, validation, and monitoring You define and enforce modeling standards and best practices You transform and enrich DWH data into business-ready datasets You structure and support ad-hoc analytical requests where data modeling is required You act as a key interface between stakeholders, Analytics Consulting, and the DWH team Your Qualifications You bring 2+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data analytics, or a similar role You have strong SQL skills and experience with modern transformation tools (e.g. dbt) You have a solid understanding of data modeling and data warehouse concepts You have experience implementing business logic and KPIs in data models You are familiar with version control (e.g.

Join our team and grow with us! Within Business Insights, we work across two closely connected focus areas: Analytics Engineering and Analytics Consulting. Both roles share the same foundation — a strong understanding of data, business context, and analytical thinking — and contribute to the same goal: creating measurable value through data.

The difference lies in the focus. While Analytics Consulting is centered around insights and stakeholder interaction, this role focuses on structuring, transforming, and scaling the underlying data to make those insights possible.

You think in scalable solutions, not one-off analyses, and help ensure that data is consistent, reliable, and ready to drive decisions across the organization. While this role has a clear focus on Analytics Engineering, you will occasionally contribute to Analytics Consulting topics such as stakeholder communication, dashboard development (e.g.

Tableau, Databricks), or ad-hoc analyses.
