Your Contribution

As a Senior Data Analyst, you transform complex sales, commercial, and operational data into clear, actionable insights that directly influence strategic and operational decision‑making. You own the definition, calculation, and governance of key sales and operations of KPIs and act as a trusted analytical partner to Sales, Finance, and Management. Beyond dashboarding, you identify performance drivers, validate hypotheses, and support Go‑To‑Market initiatives, business planning, and performance reviews. Through strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and clear data storytelling, you enable confident, data‑driven decisions that drive commercial performance and sustainable growth across the HoReCa sector.

Menu of Responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales analytics lifecycle, from data extraction and KPI definition to insight generation and stakeholder communication.

• Design, calculate, and maintain sales and operations KPIs aligned with business objectives, including pipeline, conversion, productivity, forecasting accuracy, and performance versus budget.

• Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards for sales leadership, Country Managers, and cross‑functional stakeholders, reducing manual reporting and increasing transparency.

• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on sales performance, customer behavior, pipeline health, and growth opportunities to support strategic decision‑making.

• Act as an analytical partner to Sales, Finance, and Management, translating complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Ensure data quality, KPI consistency, and documentation, while proactively improving reporting efficiency, automation, and analytical maturity.

• Very good analytical and structured thinking with the ability to translate commercial business questions into robust analytical approaches.

• Advanced experience with Tableau, focusing on intuitive dashboard design and stakeholder‑ready reporting.

• Advanced SQL skills for efficient data extraction, transformation, and in‑depth analysis across large datasets.

• Strong business acumen and commercial judgment, connecting data insights to tangible sales and operational impact.

• Experience improving metric definitions, documentation, and reporting standards to increase data trust and consistency.
