Senior Data Analyst (m/f/d)

As a Senior Data Analyst at Redcare Pharmacy, you will unlock value from data across product and business teams, supporting a major cloud migration to modern analytics. You will own end-to-end analytics initiatives within the Data Analytics organi sation, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions and self-service analytics. You will mentor teammates, drive best practices in data modelling and AI-enabled analytics, and help shape the future of data-driven decision making at scale.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Lead design and development of scalable data models using DBT, SQL and Databricks across multiple domains
• Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions in partnership with product managers and stakeholders
• Develop impactful Power BI dashboards and semantic models to support data-driven decisions
• Contribute to the cloud migration programme to modernise the analytics platform and improve performance
• Champion analytics best practices and AI, mentoring colleagues and delivering training to business users
• Evolve innovative solutions such as the internal AI-powered 'Talk to Data' capability

Zentrale Anforderungen

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Analytics Engineer, or similar role with expertise in SQL, DBT, Databricks, and Power BI in enterprise environments
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field listed in Education
• Strong ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate challenges into scalable data solutions
• Experience in coaching and mentoring junior colleagues and promoting technical excellence
• Advantageous: experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Python, A/B testing, or cloud migration projects
