In this role you will take an active role in shaping marketing decisions across multiple brands within the 7NXT Health Group (BuddyFit, Gymondo & 7Mind).
Reporting directly to the Head of Data, you will partner closely with Marketing & Product Managers, Heads of Marketing and cross-functional leadership to drive insights that truly matter and move campaigns beyond surface metrics and dashboards to challenge assumptions, guide decisions and measure real business impact.
Your Mission
Impact Measurement & Insights
Go beyond reporting: assess why something worked (or didn’t) using controlled experiments, causal inference, and advanced analytics Provide decision-making clarity – not just reports
Cross-Brand Marketing Analytics
Enable marketing analytics across multiple brands Own attribution modeling and campaign performance tracking across channels like Influencer, Performance, CRM, and emerging opportunities Build scalable systems to measure, compare, and improve marketing ROI
Behavioral Analysis
Analyze user journeys, conversion funnels, and behavioral signals Uncover patterns that influence acquisition, retention, and roadmap planning
