The Role:
The company is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to develop and optimise AI-powered models that drive product innovation and business intelligence. This role involves analysing complex financial datasets, building machine learning models, and collaborating with engineers to deploy scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning models for financial data analytics
- Develop predictive analytics solutions to enhance business decision-making
- Work with Python, SQL, and cloud-based ML tools (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Optimise and deploy models in production-scale financial applications
- Apply NLP, deep learning, anomaly detection, and time-series forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into product innovations
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning
- Strong expertise in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale datasets
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Databricks)
- Ability to develop and deploy AI models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
