As a Senior Data Scientist at mama health , you’ll sit at the center of our data engine. Your profile You’ll tackle meaningful questions across health data , patient journeys , and real-world evidence , building models and analyses that help healthcare companies improve chronic care.

You’ll also work directly with renowned global clients , giving your work immediate visibility and worldwide impact. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and model large, multi-modal patient datasets to generate insights on patient journeys and unmet needs.

Work hand-in-hand with the Chief AI Officer to develop, validate, and scale algorithms for our Patient Journey Analytics Platform. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to turn data insights into user-facing features for our B2B SaaS tool. Design and implement pipelines for data cleaning, feature engineering, and predictive modeling.

Communicate results clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, shaping how life science companies make decisions. Stay up to date with state-of-the-art methods in ML/AI and bring new ideas into our production stack.

Requirements: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Scientist (preferably in healthtech, SaaS, or related fields). Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, or similar ML libraries). Strong skills in SQL and experience working with structured/unstructured data.

Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization. Full fluency in English (written and spoken). Location: either of the following (all other applications will be ignored): On-site in Berlin Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice to Have: Experience with real-world health data (e.g., patient-reported outcomes, claims, EHR). Knowledge of NLP and LLM Knowledge Graph Why us?
