Responsibilities Build predictive models for patient events and HCP engagement Scale Next Best Action (NBA) solutions across brands and channels Develop GenAI agents, RAG workflows, and AI-powered decision tools Build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines (Databricks, AWS/Azure ML) Apply MLOps best practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD Work with healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, CRM, digital engagement) Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver insights Requirements Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field 5–7+ years in data science/ML (pharma commercial preferred) Strong Python, SQL, ML modeling, NLP Experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, LangChain/AutoGen Hands‑on with Databricks, AWS/Azure ML, MLOps #J-18808-Ljbffr
