Your Responsibilities
- Lead and execute innovative data science projects, from concept to evaluation and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Design, build, and optimize complex algorithms and AI/ML models with a focus on NLP and LLM-based solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest research, trends, and emerging technologies in AI.
- Define and recommend best practices to increase efficiency and scalability across data science initiatives.
- Act as a key expert and trusted advisor for internal teams, sharing knowledge and supporting collaboration.
- Represent the company at relevant professional events and conferences.
Your Profile
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Data Science with a strong focus on LLMs and NLP.
- Expert‑level hands‑on skills in Python, relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy, SciPy), and SQL.
- Practical experience with frameworks such as Hugging Face, LangChain, and scikit‑learn.
- Solid understanding of MLOps, deployment workflows (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD), and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
- Strong analytical mindset, curiosity for new topics, and a proactive, solution‑oriented working style.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders.
