Responsibilities
- Support the Safeguards risk-based review selection process.
- Maintain and enhance risk models, health score calculations, data fields, scripts, macros, dashboards, and analytics.
- Identify the most at-risk agency partners and support review prioritization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, mathematics, engineering, finance, economics, data science, or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience using scientific methods, processes, algorithms, and systems to extract or extrapolate insights from structured and unstructured data.
- Demonstrated experience applying data insights across application domains.
- Demonstrated experience using automation and scripting techniques.
- Demonstrated experience presenting results to management and non-technical personnel.
- Specialized experience with Tableau, R programming, Python 3, and VBA.
- Ability to complete IRS suitability / staff-like access requirements.
Core Competencies
Proficient in data analysis and risk assessment, with a strong ability to utilize automation and scripting techniques to enhance data insights. Experienced in presenting analytical results to diverse audiences, ensuring clarity and understanding across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
