- You will lead the central data team and drive the architecture and strategy of the modern enterprise data platform.
- This role balances platform evolution with critical business support, preparing teams for AI readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the technical roadmap and long-term vision for the platform using Snowflake, dbt, Matillion, and Streamlit.
- Design pipelines and RAG systems to embed AI into daily data analytics.
- Implement governance, observability, and cost attribution frameworks.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience transitioning data structures into AI-ready units and building RAG architectures.
- Five or more years leading high-performing data engineering or platform engineering teams.
- Deep knowledge of Snowflake and dbt, plus hands-on experience with cloud-native ETL/ELT tools.
