Senior Software AI Engineer (Full-Stack) | Munich, Berlin

A leading European SaaS company is embedding AI and agentic technology across its product portfolio. As Senior Software AI Engineer (Full-Stack), you'll work across frontend, backend, and DevOps to help drive this forward.

The role:

• Design, develop, and operate modern web applications across the SaaS portfolio, working across frontend, backend, and DevOps.

• Integrate AI-native features and agentic experiences using LLMs, retrieval, tool use, and structured workflows.

• Build and operate cloud-native services with a focus on reliability, security, and developer productivity.

• Expand shared agents, skills, pipelines, and harnesses with the team.

• Work with Product, UX, Architecture, and Engineering to raise engineering and AI quality and shape best practices for agentic applications.

• Stay close to users and domain workflows, bringing an entrepreneurial, outcome-driven mindset to feature development.

What you'll need:

• Several years of senior full-stack experience, with depth in one frontend stack (React or Angular) and one backend stack (Java/Spring Boot or Python), ideally with end-to-end product ownership.

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with strong academic performance.

• Practical experience with React/Angular, Java Spring Boot, Python, Kafka, Terraform, and cloud/DevOps tools (Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD).

• Experience with LLM tooling and agentic coding approaches is a strong plus.

• A track record of using AI effectively in software engineering, including designing AI pipelines, harnesses, and context engineering.

• Fluent German and English, strong problem-solving skills, high proactivity, and excellent collaboration skills.
