My client is building a next-generation agentic AI platform designed to deliver autonomous, adaptive customer support at scale. This role will suit someone who thrives at the intersection of software engineering, applied machine learning, and cutting‑edge generative AI research.
What you’ll do Design, build, and deploy AI agent architectures capable of autonomous decision‑making and task execution. Integrate foundation model endpoints (LLMs, speech-to-text, text-to-speech) into production systems. Develop RAG (retrieval‑augmented generation) pipelines, vector databases, and knowledge integration layers.
Prototype rapidly, test hypotheses, and productionise robust systems with strong reliability. Contribute to the long‑term technical vision for multi‑agent systems in customer experience. What we’re looking for Strong background in machine learning, NLP, or AI systems engineering.
Hands‑on experience with large language models (LLMs), including fine‑tuning and prompt engineering. Proven experience deploying production‑grade ML systems (Python, FastAPI, cloud infrastructure). Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Qdrant) and embeddings.
Knowledge of multi‑agent orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, Haystack, etc.). Ability to balance rapid prototyping with building scalable, reliable systems. Strong software engineering fundamentals and collaborative mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
