This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Engineer looking to step into leadership, or an existing Team Lead wanting greater ownership. You'll lead a small team while remaining hands‑on with a modern Azure data platform, helping shape the future of the company's cloud data landscape.

What You'll Be Doing Lead, mentor and develop a team of 3 Data Engineers Own the development and evolution of a modern Azure‑based data platform Design scalable data architectures and build robust data pipelines Deliver reliable end‑to‑end reporting solutions through Power BI Define data governance, architecture, security and quality standards Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver data‑driven solutions What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in Data Engineering Previous technical leadership or mentoring experience Strong experience with Azure technologies including Synapse Analytics, Data Factory, Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL Strong SQL, Python and Power BI experience Experience with modern Lakehouse or Medallion architectures Knowledge of data governance and cloud security best practices Business‑level German and English What's on Offer?
