Задачи

• Own the platform that supports every anzel agent and define its architecture, documenting decisions about what to build, buy, and retire
• Build the agent harness, including tools, orchestration, long-running work recovery, memory and context, retrieval, structured output, model routing, fallbacks, and rollback
• Design the tool layer and define tool access, versioning, customer‑specific access scopes, and logging
• Build safe agents and ensure customer data isolation, least‑privilege tool access, prompt‑injection defenses, and recorded agent actions with the head of engineering
• Embed evaluations in the delivery pipeline, trace every run, and make the cost and duration of each task visible
• Lead by building the engineering system, continuous delivery, coding‑agent‑assisted reviews, and releases that can be rolled back in minutes

Требования

• Eight or more years building and running production software, or equivalent experience building independently
• Strong backend experience with APIs, relational databases, queues, and long-running workflows
• Experience building language model products relied on by real users, including the ability to describe a failure and what was changed
• Experience with effective retrieval, agents beyond demos, and judgment about when an agent is not the right tool
• Experience using evaluations to determine whether a change helped and understanding how a passing test could fail
• Daily experience using several coding agents without shipping code that is not understood
• A security mindset gained from running systems that held customer data
• Something built that can be shown
• Professional English
