Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various blockchain sources (on-chain data, transaction records, smart contract interactions).

• Analyze complex blockchain data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business strategy.
• Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and evaluate the effectiveness of new features or strategies.
• Build data pipelines and dashboards to visualize key metrics and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate data-driven insights into product development.
• Stay updated on the latest research and techniques in data science, machine learning, and blockchain analytics.
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Contribute to the development of proprietary analytical tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist, with demonstrated experience in blockchain data analysis.
• Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science (Python, R) and relevant libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with databases.
• Familiarity with blockchain explorers, data analytics platforms (e.g., Nansen, Dune Analytics), and on-chain data querying.
• Expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex findings clearly.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
