I'm currently partnering with one of Europe's fastest-growing consumer technology companies to find a Staff Engineer - Data Engineering to join their highly talented Data Engineering team.
You'll play a key role in shaping a modern AWS-based data platform that powers Analytics, Data Science and AI across the business, while influencing technical direction and mentoring other engineers.
You’ll be a great fit if you have: 7+ years of commercial Data Engineering experience Strong Python and SQL skills Extensive experience building cloud-native data platforms on AWS Experience designing scalable batch and streaming data pipelines Strong understanding of DataOps, CI/CD and production data systems Experience making architecture decisions and mentoring engineers A product mindset with a proactive, ownership-driven approach Experience in the following areas would be highly valuable: AWS Airflow dbt Kafka Redshift Spark Terraform Docker Data Platform Lakehouse Data Mesh AI-powered engineering tools If this sounds like the right next step for you, I'd love to hear from you.
