Position Summary We look for talented Data Scientists who can roll up their sleeves and have direct impact on our company metrics. The performance of our models and experiments are seen astonishingly quickly – the learning loop is not measured in weeks or days, but hours and minutes.

Deep expertise and experience in Ad Tech, AI/ML, and Data Science at scale. Mathematical aptitude in Statistics, Probability Theory, Algorithms, Foundations of Machine Learning, and proficiency in data science languages and tools such as Python or Apache Spark.

Highly curious, passionate about investigating and learning from data, and driven to put real models into production that deliver business value. Backgrounds from engineering, mathematics, computer science, physics, economics, social science, or similar; diverse academic background is welcomed.

Required Master's in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Analytics, Data Science, or a Bachelor's with additional experience. 7-10 years of work experience in a quantitative field, with model building and validation experience.

Ad‑tech industry experience is a plus. Comfortable with software programming and statistical platforms such as R, Python, etc., including visualization tools. Familiarity with the big data ecosystem and Apache Spark. Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud/Vertex AI is a bonus. Knowledge of identity‑less challenges on iOS and Android.

Excellent technical and business communication skills; presentation ability. High curiosity and ability to rapidly learn new areas. What will you do? Lead one or more data science efforts for InMobi DSP: ideate, conceptualize, design, measure, iterate, coach, deploy, and post‑deployment manage. Design, develop and test product experiments.

Hands‑on data analysis, model design, development, and problem solving. Write blogs, commentary and case studies; present at conferences. Identify problem areas where AI can drive business impact and anchor model design in business context. Experiment with multiple algorithms, learn from performance reviews, and tailor techniques to solve problems.
