Technical Recruiter (Engineering, Data & AI)
About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and AI/Machine Learning roles. This position requires someone who understands modern technology stacks and can confidently identify, engage, and assess highly technical talent.
The ideal candidate has a strong background recruiting engineers and is comfortable partnering with hiring managers, sourcing passive candidates, and managing multiple technical searches simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Platform, and AI/ML roles.
- Source high-quality technical talent using LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct technical screening interviews to assess candidate experience, technical knowledge, and role alignment.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and ensure an efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate ATS records and manage candidate pipelines from sourcing through offer.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience recruiting technical talent.
- Proven success hiring Software Engineers, Data Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, or similar technical roles.
- Strong understanding of modern technologies including Python, TypeScript, cloud platforms, data pipelines, and AI frameworks.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with US-based teams.
