The Technical Solutions Manager (AI Architect) supports client engagements by helping discover business needs, translating those needs into clear AI requirements, and assisting with the design and delivery of practical AI solutions.
The role combines client‑facing consulting (presentations, workshops, requirements facilitation) with hands‑on AI exploration (research, experimentation, prototyping). It involves translating business and technical needs into scalable, intelligent architectures that incorporate AI services, data pipelines, and cloud‑native platforms.
Responsibilities Participate in and facilitate requirements gathering activities such as discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops. Document and validate requirements, including problem statements, success measures, constraints, assumptions, and risks. Perform service‑level agreement negotiation and documentation.
