Berlin, on-site. We are looking for a Voice AI Engineer to own critical infrastructure for scaling voice AI. You will build systems that support millions of daily AI voice calls. Responsibilities Build reliable and scalable systems and own critical parts of the core infrastructure.
Solve novel problems that arise from working with Voice AI at scale. Evaluate different models and push the limits of technology for customers. Qualifications Velocity: Ability to deliver quickly. High Agency: Self‑motivated to figure things out. High Ownership: Work independently without constant direction.
First Principles Thinking: Understand the underlying problem, not just the ask. AI‑pill: Heavily leverage AI in your work. Comfort with ambiguity – take on novel problems. Experience with distributed systems and a passion for pushing AI models to their limits. Based in Berlin, on‑site.
