• Role: Senior Statistician/Senior Data Scientist

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of hands‑on experience in statistical data analysis.
• Strong understanding of statistics: distributions, hypothesis testing, regression, non‑parametric methods, DoE is a plus.
• Proficient in Python: pandas, numpy, scipy, matplotlib, seaborn.
• Good knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, filtering).
• Experience in predictive modeling using scikit‑learn (classification and/or regression models).
• Ability to translate complex statistical outputs into simple, meaningful insights.
• Strong attention to detail, structured thinking, and clear communication.
• Ability to work independently in long‑term research‑oriented projects.

Preferred Skills (Nice‑to‑have)

• Experience with cosmetic, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or scientific datasets.
• Experience with scikit‑learn (for basic ML models).
• Experience working with large datasets and multiple variable groups.
• Understanding of sensory, instrumental or formulation data (big plus).

Education

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Biostatistics, or a related quantitative field.
