Business Intelligence Engineer at BairesDev

What You'll Do

• Engineer metrics, dashboards, and repeatable reports that answer core business questions.
• Build data pipelines consolidating information from multiple platforms and external sources.
• Architect and administer a best-in-class BI platform, enabling stakeholder self-service.
• Design and instrument tracking for sensor and network uptime targets.
• Partner with leadership to translate requirements into technical BI solutions.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in business intelligence engineering or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and reporting.
• Experience with BI platform configuration and administration such as Power BI, Qlik, QuickSight, or Tableau.
• Background in data lake or warehouse design for analytics.
• Experience with API-based data integration, including Google Analytics and external sources.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to plan and execute analytics initiatives end‑to‑end.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with NoSQL for data collection.
• Familiarity with CRM integration such as HubSpot.
• Experience with KPI instrumentation for network uptime.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Background in data governance and documentation.
