Senior Data Analyst - Digital Marketing (m/f/d) / Frankfurt, Germany / Hybrid

We're partnering with a leading international agency as they continue to strengthen their digital data and analytics capabilities in Europe. This is an opportunity for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to own the transformation between raw marketing data and business-ready insights, combining data modelling, ETL/ELT development and BI dashboard engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced dashboards in Tableau and Looker Studio, creating scalable reporting frameworks for campaign performance and attribution.

• Build SQL-based data transformations and data marts within GCP / BigQuery for digital marketing analytics.

• Design, build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines, transforming raw marketing data into reliable, reporting-ready datasets.

• Establish consistent KPI definitions and ensure alignment across GA4, Adobe Analytics and reporting outputs.

• Optimise dashboard performance and create reusable BI frameworks across multiple business units.

• Develop reporting standards, documentation and self-service capabilities for internal and external stakeholders.

What You'll Bring

• Extensive' experience in BI development, data analytics or a closely related environment.

• Advanced SQL and strong hands-on BigQuery experience.

• Strong experience with Tableau, Looker Studio, GA4 and Adobe Analytics.

• Proven experience building digital marketing and campaign performance dashboards.

• Strong data storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into clear business insights.

• Fluent English; German language skills would be beneficial.

Please note - this role is to be based in Frankfurt with 3 days in the office per week although Berlin & Dusseldorf are also to be considered with weekly travel to Frankfurt.

Also to note - Initial 12 month contract to then go permanent post review.
