Responsibilities Design and implement innovative AI services to enhance the user experience across our global SaaS portfolio. Build, fine‑tune, and deploy NLP and LLM applications (e.g., entity resolution, intelligent search, document understanding).
Leverage observability tools and user/system data to generate actionable insights and continuously improve platform intelligence. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the AI field Strong proficiency in Python and hands‑on experience with key Python packages for machine learning and data science.
Production experience with NLP solutions , including transformer‑based models, entity recognition, and classification tasks. Practical knowledge of LLMs , including prompt engineering, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and structured output generation. Nice to have Exposure to multi‑lingual NLP or handling diverse text data.
