Qualifications & Profile:
- Strong software engineering background in Python, Go, or Java with a heavy focus on agentic frameworks.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with frameworks like LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen, and concepts such as ReAct and multi-agent collaboration.
- Proven track record of using and building custom AI development tools to maximize developer velocity.
