What We Offer Competitive compensation Attractive benefits (security, flexibility, support and well-being) Remote or hybrid working What You’ll Be Doing Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple AI initiatives, ensuring projects meet scope, timelines, quality expectations, and businessobjectives Mentor and support AI Engineers by setting clear direction, providing coaching, and building a high-performingprojectteam Partner with stakeholders across product, science, clinical, operations, and engineering to define requirements, priorities, milestones, risks, and success metrics Translate stakeholder needs into technical roadmaps, delivery plans, and resourcing strategies for AI-powered products and platforms Guidesolution design, software development, model integration, testing, deployment, and operational support across the AI project portfolio Drive strongAI research andengineering practices across the team Coordinate dependencies, remove blockers, and communicate project status, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to leadership and stakeholders Balance innovation and experimentation with execution discipline, scalability, reliability, and compliance considerations Contribute to hiring, onboarding, team planning, and continuous improvement of delivery processes and engineering standards What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field 7+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, machine learning, or related technical roles 2+ years of experience leading teams, technical programs, or cross-functional delivery efforts Demonstrated success delivering AI/ML or data-driven software solutions from concept through production Strongproficiencyin Python and familiarity with modern AI/ML tooling, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines Experience with cloud-basedarchitecturesand production deployment of software or AI solutions Proven ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders and drive alignment across competing priorities Strong people leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills Commitment to high-quality, secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions Experience in healthcare, life sciences, biotech, or other regulated environments is a plus Familiarity with generative AI, LLM-enabled workflows, retrieval systems, or AI-assisted product capabilities is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr The AI Engineering Lead will guide AI Engineers and Software Engineers, translate business priorities into executable plans, and ensure high-quality AI solutions are delivered with strong outcomes for the business and our customers.
