This is a unique opportunity to join the build-out of a world-class Agentic AI hub in Munich.
We are seeking 10x Engineers with the vision to build AI Agents that will transform a Fortune 500 company and a passion for applying the latest AI research and technologies to create value.
The Role
Develop sophisticated AI Agents using frameworks like Google ADK or LangChain for both customer-facing retail applications and internal business processes Collaborate with Project/Product Managers and senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications for AI-powered solutions Develop data-analysis workflows that evaluate both Agent performance and business impact of your solutions Build seamless integrations between AI Agents and existing backend systems while ensuring robust frontend user experiences Deploy and monitor AI solutions on GCP leveraging Vertex AI and BigQuery for scalable operations Stay up-to-date with emerging Agentic AI innovations including Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols
The Candidate
Minimum 3 years of software engineering experience with deep expertise in Python and growing production TypeScript development Hands-on experience with at least one major AI Agent framework e.g.
