Job Description The Central IT Enterprise Applications team is responsible for shaping and running our enterprise AI orchestration platform. Our team collaborates closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver innovative AI solutions that meet governance, security, and quality standards.

Define technical standards, reference architectures, and reusable components for integrating AI solutions, in close collaboration with Central IT infrastructure and cloud teams.

Offer technical leadership to AI engineers, developers, and partner teams working with the AI orchestration platform (e.g. best practices, code and architecture reviews, platform standards). Proven experience in designing and operating data/AI or integration platforms in a complex, international environment.

Ability to provide technical leadership without formal line responsibility, coordinating and guiding virtual, cross‑functional, and external teams. We work at the intersection of business, data/AI, and infrastructure, ensuring secure, scalable, and value-driven integration of AI capabilities into our business applications.

Your key responsibilities are: Design, implement, and maintain the AI orchestration platform as part of our enterprise application landscape (e.g. Work with business stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and refine AI use cases that can be delivered via the AI orchestration platform.

Coordinate with data scientists, application owners, and external partners to design robust, scalable, and maintainable end-to-end AI solution architectures. Establish governance, standards, and operating procedures for AI usage (including data protection, responsible AI, model lifecycle management, access control, logging, and monitoring).

Oversee incident and change management, as well as continuous improvement of AI services in production, ensuring stable operations and compliance with internal and external regulations.

Develop and maintain the AI platform roadmap in alignment with our enterprise application and cloud strategies, including build‑vs‑buy decisions and technology selection. Manage relationships with AI and cloud vendors, negotiate and monitor contracts and SLAs, and contribute to planning and controlling the budget for AI platforms and services.

Enable and upskill key stakeholders (product owners, developers, super users) through guidelines, documentation, and training to foster consistent and effective AI adoption across the organization.

Qualifications Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related technical field, or a comparable qualification with strong practical experience in AI/ML and enterprise IT. Professional certifications in cloud platforms or AI/ML (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP, MLOps) are a plus.

Typically 9–10 years of experience in enterprise IT or digital product development. Track record of leading cross‑functional technical initiatives (ideally involving AI/ML, automation, or advanced analytics) and working closely with business stakeholders.

Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts (e.g. model lifecycle, MLOps, LLMs, orchestration, monitoring) and their integration into enterprise applications and processes. Solid knowledge of cloud‑native architectures and services relevant for AI platforms (e.g. containerization, APIs, event‑driven architectures, identity & access management).

Ability to design and communicate end‑to‑end solution architectures, bridging business requirements and technical implementation. Familiarity with operating models, governance, and risk/compliance for data and AI (information security, privacy, responsible AI principles).

Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to turn abstract business needs into actionable AI platform and solution designs. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; able to align diverse groups and explain complex technical topics in a clear, accessible way.

High degree of ownership, reliability, and solution orientation; comfortable in a dynamic environment and motivated to drive change and innovation. Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage. Additional Information Have we aroused your interest?
