About This Role## AI Product Engineer — Internal Tools & Automation (m/f/d)We've built our entire commerce platform in-house, and AI is already part of how it runs day to day. We're now looking for someone to bring that same thinking inward — building tools and workflows that make our own teams faster, smarter, and less dependent on manual work. This is a hybrid role: part product manager, part engineer. You don't wait for a spec. You talk to the people doing the work, find where time is being lost or quality is slipping, and build something that fixes it.

Scoping, prioritizing, building, shipping, iterating — you own the full loop.### What to Expect* Identify automation and AI opportunities across the business by talking directly to the teams doing the work* Build AI-assisted workflows for marketing and creative — briefing generation, copy review, asset QA, ad performance summarization* Develop quality assurance and anomaly detection tooling for our commerce platform* Ship lightweight internal agents that handle repetitive work so people can focus on the parts that actually need them* Own internal operations automation: reporting pipelines, approval flows, cross-system data syncs* Scope, prioritize, build, ship, and iterate — without a product manager in between###

What You Bring

• You can scope a problem, define a solution, and ship it without being handed a spec* Solid Python engineering skills and hands-on production experience with LLM APIs* Direct experience with Claude Code, the Anthropic Agent SDK, or building and operating multi-step AI agents in production* Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) and how to extend AI tooling with custom integrations and data sources* Good product instincts: you talk to users, question requirements, and cut scope ruthlessly when needed* Comfortable building internal tools fast — prototypes that become production, not endless planning cycles* Curious about where AI genuinely helps versus where it just adds noise###
