You'll build on top of our proprietary platform, Lyto.OS, and continuously develop it further together with our Tech Team. Team trips together (Mallorca, Belgium, Portugal) and the best company merch in the industry. You build AI-powered workflows for Marketing & Creative: briefing generation, copy review, asset QA, and ad-performance summaries – along our trend-to-product cycle of under one week.
You develop quality-assurance and anomaly-detection tooling for our proprietary platform, LYTO.OS. You ship lightweight internal agents that take over repetitive work – so people can focus on what truly needs them.
You own internal operations automation end-to-end: reporting pipelines, approval flows, and cross-system data syncs across our 15 microservices. You scope, prioritize, build, ship, and iterate – with full ownership and a short path from idea to production.
You know our stack (PHP/Laravel & Python, Vue/React, MySQL, Docker, DigitalOcean) or pick it up effortlessly. You haven't just built LLM systems – you've run them in production, with everything that really entails: cost, latency, evals, edge cases, monitoring.
Hands‑on experience with Claude Code, the Anthropic Agent SDK, or multi‑step AI agents in production. You extend AI tooling via MCPs and custom integrations against real data sources. Depth in LLM workflows: prompt engineering, tool use, structured outputs, RAG – and the judgment to choose the right tool for each problem.
You think entrepreneurially and product-driven: you talk to users, question requirements, cut scope decisively, and tell AI gimmicks apart from real business impact. You take on real ownership instead of being just a cog in the machine. Flexible working hours and a home-office option. You decide when and where you're most productive.
