Role Overview
The AI Platform team builds the tools that help SumUp merchants run their businesses more intelligently. Write clear, structured briefs, product requirements, and discovery summaries that help the team move faster.
Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers in team rituals including stand‑ups, planning sessions, and reviews. At the centre of this is Edge, SumUp's AI-powered assistant, which spans insights, automation, document processing, and market intelligence across millions of merchant interactions.
This is a hands‑on role with real ownership. You won't be shadowing, you'll be contributing to live initiatives, writing structured requirements, and working directly alongside engineers, data scientists, and designers to shape what gets built next.
