Shape the world of tomorrow You design the digital transformation of globally successful companies, ensuring success by evaluating the customer's digital capabilities and feasibility studies You analyze, develop and optimize state‑of‑the‑art IT architectures, using your comprehensive understanding of legacy IT, enterprise solutions and current market developments and trends, such as cloud or microservices You control small, agile development teams in strategic IT implementation programs, establish modern approaches such as DevOps and CI/CD and are responsible for the technical implementation of significant digital requirements such as cyber resilience You’ll work in an AI‑enabled environment – leveraging AI tools on client projects and supporting our clients in building their own AI capabilities This Is How You Can Make a Difference You have successfully completed a degree in (business) informatics or a related course You have already gained at least two years of relevant experience in IT consulting or software development Ideally, you have industry‑specific knowledge or (project) experience in the banking, insurance or healthcare sector Modern concepts such as machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI and robotics are not buzzwords for you, but the right tools for future‑oriented IT architectures You have initial hands‑on experience working with AI tools and are eager to deepen your AI fluency in a professional context You bring extensive technical expertise and an interest in technology trends You feel particularly comfortable in interdisciplinary teams and global contexts and are flexible and willing to travel You can confidently understand and communicate complex issues in German and English How You Can Grow With Us We guarantee constant new development incentives in an open and rewarding work environment.
