What You’ll Do
We’re seeking an AI Tech Lead Manager (Platform) to lead our Germany‑based Global Platform Enablement team.
This role will help evolve Platform from a primarily US‑centered infrastructure organisation into a global enablement organisation that can support Flatiron’s growing international footprint, AI‑enabled workflows, and globally reusable builder experiences.
The Global Platform Enablement team will help bring UK, Germany, and Japan market requirements into Platform’s designs while acting as a local execution and adaptation layer for globally reusable platform capabilities.
