Job Summary As a Business Intelligence Consultant you will join our Business Insights Team within the Digital Department and play a key role in enabling data‑driven decision‑making across The Quality Group. Build and maintain reliable, scalable datasets and reporting tables using SQL and modern transformation tools such as dbt.

Take ownership of specific focus areas within the team and actively strengthen overall analytics capabilities. Hands‑on experience with modern data transformation tools such as dbt. You will work across the entire analytics lifecycle – from understanding business challenges and transforming raw data into business‑ready datasets, to building dashboards, delivering actionable insights, and driving data‑informed decisions.

Responsibilities Partner with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and translate them into scalable analytical solutions. Design, develop, and optimize dashboards that enable data‑driven decision‑making across the organization. Perform analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable business insights.

Define, implement, and continuously improve KPIs, metrics, and reporting standards. Ensure high data quality through testing, validation, and structured analytical workflows. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our analytics ecosystem by enhancing documentation, standards, reusable assets, and best practices.

Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, or a comparable role. Strong SQL skills and a daily engagement with data. Experience building dashboards using BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.

Understanding of data warehouse concepts and ability to translate business questions into scalable analytical solutions. Confident communication with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and approach challenges with a structured and solution‑oriented mindset.
