Responsibilities Work in partnership with CRM Manager to drive CRM strategy and enable faster and better decision-making process, based on the consumer insights, for a variety of brands Build consumer data expertise and own data quality, provide inputs and suggestions for data architecture improvements Master usage of CRM & marketing systems (Braze, CDP, BI & BO) combined with Data Science skills Generate actionable insights using machine learning models by working with consumer data from multiple data sources Assist and train internal teams to enable easier and faster usage of available data Analyze, recommend and create segments for consumer communication throughout different communication channels (e.g.

E-mail, direct mail, SMS, paid media, etc.) Support personalization tactics by developing data scripts for automated marketing campaigns Gathers and analyzes complex datasets across various platforms to provide key insights on consumer behavior Produce & deliver CRM KPIs and CRM Campaign reports Update and maintain existing E-mail Marketing & Triggered Campaigns dashboards Support smart segmentation through the mix of channels: E-mail, SMS, IAM & Facebook Support with implementation of AI capabilities developed on CRM Systems Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Data Consultant, Consumer Insight Specialist or Business Analyst University degree in a quantitative field of study e.g. economics, engineering, data science or marketing Experience in creating CRM reports Experience in working with Python Good understanding of data landscapes and data algorithms Expert proficiency Google Analytics Excellence in Excel Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources; ability to investigate and master new data sets quickly Fluency in English, German is a plus Strong plus having worked on Data Science projects Qualifications What We Offer The chance to be part of a dedicated, talented, and highly skilled team and bring it to the next level Lots of opportunities to grow - both personally and professionally A modern workspace in the city of Zurich, competitive salary as well as very good fringe benefits If this sounds like an exciting opportunity for you, we are looking forward to receiving your application via our online tool.
