Data Analyst – Technical Quality & Customer Insights (m/f/d)
Job Description
- Provide interpreted analytical insights to support data‑driven decision‑making across technical divisions.
- Analyze complex technical production data against defined production KPIs, including validation of patterns, deviations, trends, and correlations.
- Perform targeted ad‑hoc analyses to identify root causes and support resolution of product quality and production issues.
- Correlate parametric and pass/fail production data across the global supply chain to identify dependencies and systemic effects.
- Prepare, structure, and communicate analysis results clearly and effectively for internal and external stakeholders with varying technical backgrounds.
- Ensure analytical rigor, correctness, and reproducibility of results in all analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a comparable quantitative field.
- Proven ability to apply statistical methods to production data and KPI‑driven performance analysis.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing large, complex, and highly technical data sets (e.g., parametric and pass/fail production data) with high analytical accuracy.
- Professional‑level English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Solid foundation in statistics and data analytics.
Nice to have
- Six‑Sigma certification (e.g. Greenbelt).
- Production hands‑on experience, collaborating, working together.
- Experience with Tibco Spotfire or similar.
