Responsibilities Take a leading role in strategic consulting for clients on modernizing BI, reporting, and visualization landscapes — from the target vision to sustainable implementation.

Act as a trusted advisor at the executive level, lead steering committees (SteerCos), strategy workshops and executive alignment sessions, and guide interdisciplinary teams across all project phases.

Demonstrated leadership and sales experience: leading and developing teams, C‑level stakeholder management, and responsibility for business development, pitches and proposals.

Solid technical understanding of modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, QuickSight, etc.), data and cloud (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI architectures, as well as very good German and English skills, willingness to travel and an entrepreneurial mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr Responsible for end‑to‑end Data & AI transformation programs with a focus on measurable business impact, decision quality, and lasting value.

Advise top management and senior stakeholders on BI and analytics strategies, data culture, and AI‑supported decision‑making and visualization concepts (e.g., Augmented Analytics, Conversational AI).

Actively drive business development, own pitches and business cases, build long‑term client relationships, and position Accenture as a thought leader in BI & AI transformation.

Requirements Extensive experience (>5 years) in management or strategy consulting, ideally in the fields of Data, Analytics, BI or AI, including responsibility for complex transformation programs from strategy through implementation.

Proven ability to translate business objectives into comprehensive analytics, BI and AI strategies, as well as compelling target visions. Deep experience in the strategic realignment of BI, reporting and analytics landscapes (e.g., BI strategies, target operating models, governance).

Strong understanding of Data Visualization, Analytics Advisory and AI‑supported decision and visualization concepts (e.g., Augmented Analytics, Conversational AI) from a business and management perspective.
