What You’ll Do:
Develop and ship customer-facing AI solutions end-to-end Rapidly prototype and evaluate new use cases Build, improve, and scale ML and data pipelines Own technical decisions and shape the product and tech stack Work onsite with the team in Berlin (4–5 days/week)
Python, FastAPI, Supabase, Weaviate, AWS, Retool, Langfuse, OpenAI, Gemini, Cohere
About You:
3+ years in software or ML engineering, ideally in fast-paced environments Experience deploying applied AI/LLM solutions in production Passion for 0→1 product building and customer As a Founding AI Engineer , you’ll work closely with the CPO and CTO to design, prototype, and productionize automation and insight use cases.
You’ll turn massive, messy datasets into streamlined workflows using cutting-edge GenAI tools.
