YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Define the global vision and roadmap for evolving, governing, activating, and measuring consumer and media data across channels and markets; Build the foundations of a robust consumer data ecosystem that integrates first‑party, second‑party, and third‑party data sources; Partner with cross‑functional teams to design global‑to‑local data flows, integration models, and activation strategies that scale across markets; Own the connection between data strategy and marketing activation; Define and enforce global governance standards, taxonomies, consent policies, and quality frameworks; Shape the global consumer/media data vendor strategy; Co‑shape the Master Data Strategy, ensuring Consumer/Media Data aligns with Product, Market, and Customer master domains; Establish and coordinate the network of Consumer Data Owners and Business Data Stewards; Lead the strategic adoption and governance of AI and machine learning within the consumer data ecosystem; Ensure consumer data is AI‑ready by design; Own the global data quality and enrichment strategy; Guide the adoption of ethical, privacy‑forward data practices; Translate complex technical and data concepts into clear strategic guidance for marketing and business leaders; Build and manage strategic data partnerships with external platforms, technology providers, research vendors, and media partners; Monitor emerging data trends, regulatory changes, and technological innovations.

WHO YOU ARE Bachelor's degree in marketing, Data Science, Digital Strategy, Business, Analytics, or a related field; master's degree preferred; 10+ years of experience leading and evolving consumer data strategy at global scale; Proven experience leading or shaping large‑scale consumer data and marketing data platforms; Demonstrated ownership of end‑to‑end data architecture design, including ingestion, modelling, interoperability, and activation; Deep expertise designing and operating privacy consent and identity‑aware data systems; Demonstrated experience collaborating with external data and media partners; Experience partnering with technology, digital, analytics, and marketing teams to build data‑driven capabilities and tools; Strong measurement orientation, with experience defining effectiveness frameworks; Experience employing advanced data techniques such as segmentation, predictive modelling, machine learning enabled activation, and experimentation; Strong executive communication, transformation leadership, and AI/data fluency; Ability to lead transformation initiatives, manage ambiguity, and drive alignment; Demonstrated experience designing and implementing AI/ML‑powered data capabilities; Practical experience with identity resolution strategies, including clean room technologies; Fluent English required; additional languages a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Global Consumer/Media Data & AI Strategy Lead m/f/d The Global Consumer/Media Data & AI Strategy Lead will shape and evolve consumer and media data as a strategic enterprise asset across Marketing, Media, Consumer Insights, and the broader commercial organization.
