The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and analysing NGS datasets - including RNA-Seq, whole-exome sequencing (WES), whole-genome sequencing (WGS), and single-cell sequencing - derived from tumour samples.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent programming skills in R and Python, along with proven expertise in NGS data analysis and a solid foundation in human molecular genetics. We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest in precision oncology, a proactive approach to learning, and a commitment to developing new skills.
